Got an iPhone 4? You'll Need Duct Tape Too |
Sounds crazy, right? Well, according to a story from CNN.com, that is the recommendation that Consumer Reports is saying will help fix the antenna issue with the iPhone 4. And because of this problem, it's being reported that Consumer Reports can't recommend the iPhone 4. Molly Wood, from CNET says, "When Consumer Reports starts advising mainstream consumer electronics customers against buying your product, you've got a problem and it's time to address it."
We are happy to say that no duct tape is needed for the Samsung Epic 4G or HTC EVO 4G. Review the Comprehensive Competitive Comparison document on ISC and see all the ways in which the EVO and Epic surpass the competition (including the iPhone 4). Check out the full story on CNN.com.

| Recent articles are touting the HTC EVO over the iPhone 4:
"I would have to say this checklist shows exactly why I am planning to skip this version of the iPhone and stick with my new Sprint HTC EVO 4G device. The HTC EVO 4G has everything ... and more already up and running. It looks like the pace of Google has brought Android into the lead with Apple for i nnovation and excitement in the mobile space." - ZDNet "The EVO runs on Sprint's faster 4G network, while the iPhone, for at least another year, will be limited to AT&T's 3G." - Dallas Morning News "That giant yawn you hear is geek reaction to the new fourth-generation Apple iPhone. Why the nerd nonchalance? Because for the first time since the iPhone blew our brains out in June 2007, there's already is a more advanced (and cheaper) phone available - the $200 HTC Sprint EVO 4G." - Dvice "HTC and Sprint managed to upstage Apple last week by introducing the first 4G phone in the U.S., the HTC EVO 4G... It out shines the iPhone by enabling video calls not just over Wi-Fi but also over Sprint's cellular network. For taking stills, the EVO includes a higher-resolution 8-megapixel shooter. And the phone can be used to create a mobile Wi-Fi hot spot, allowing up to 8 devices to access the Web through its connection." - FOXBusiness

"Overdrive from Limitless Technology and Sprint"
If you were worried that packing WiMAX into a MiFi-like device would end up bloating it by a thousand percent, we're very happy to report that you'd be wrong. The Overdrive's only marginally bigger than a MiFi and takes on a diamond-cut square shape (as opposed to the MiFi's rectangle) while adding a monochrome LCD up front that can be triggered on by touching (but not pressing) the power button. Other than that, you've got a micro-USB port, a microSD slot... and, well, that's about it. For something designed to slide into your pocket, we'd have it no other way.
