Limitations of Liability with Contracts from telecom service provider
Bottom line is simple. Why should the carrier not be liable for collecting an inppropriate amount of money from the client, and not be responsible for returning any and all amounts over collected. The right thing to do is pursue ALL overcharges and get FULL credits in every instance you can.
