Koelsch Communities has been a client of Limitless Technology since 2012. Our first engagement with the client was with technology expenses, then over time have added utility spend, then more than a dozen or so spend categories.

Overview: Milestone Retirement Communities partnered with Limitless Technology Cost Reduction Specialists to see what kind of savings could be achieved for 45 Assisted Living Communities. The initial project was to review telecom invoices and contract terms. In 2017, Milestone acquired Compass Pointe Healthcare and we doubled our size and found it hard to get enough time to review invoices with the growing pains of a newly merged company. We decided to expand the scope of the Limitless Technology audits to the newly acquired Compass Pointe Communities and also go back and look at additional opportunities within the legacy Milestone Communities.

FBM required both software and expertise to implement a solution which would positively effect both short term and long-term financial goals.Many departments (such as IT) required assistance to enhance vendor management control, inventory and process challenges.

Limitless Technology recently completed a phone/communications audit for Jewett. From the start of the process to the conclusion, Todd and Cindy have been extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They were always on top of all of the changes and the follow through was extremely efficient. Brightwater Senior Living engaged with Limitless Technology in early 2016 to review our utility, wireless phone, cable and internet costs. Although we only had a few communities, Limitless Technology was still interested in working with us and continuing to drive savings in areas we are not experts in.
