Micromanaging’s definition is “to control every part, however small, of an enterprise or activity”. Micromanaging has a stigma associated with it. Most employees hear micromanage and they think of their boss hovering over them and telling them how to do their job. However, this article discusses how micromanaging can be a useful and even a necessary component of an organization’s operations.

First, the negative stigmas associated with micromanaging, which are generally related to employee management. An example would be an employee has been hired because they have the skills necessary for a specific job. A manager feels he has more experience than the employee begins to constantly tell the employee how to do the job. In extreme cases, managers can even take over the employee’s job and ignore manager role. Micromanaging in this form makes the employee feel as if the manager has little faith in their knowledge, skills, and abilities. The reason micromanaging people is so negative is because employees lose motivation. Micromanaging people, in the long run, stops two employees from doing their job, reducing overall productivity.

However, there is a positive side of micromanaging. If you look back at the definition, micromanaging simply means to have control over the company. If a company is not controlled, then it will most likely fail. However, what needs to be highly controlled is not how the employees do the work, but overall operations. Managers need to be constantly looking at the revenues and costs of their sector and making sure they are doing everything possible to control them. For example, it does not matter how talented salespeople handle their leads (Calling many times a week or once a month), as long as the salespeople are keeping their costs down, are making good revenue for the company, and their clients are happy. A company should particularly micromanage costs since they are one of the biggest potential threats to any company’s success. Costs need to be analyzed thoroughly in order to make sure the company is receiving the best bottom line possible.

In conclusion, operational functions should be micromanaged while employees should be given a relative amount of freedom in how to do their jobs successfully. Employees will respond better and want to do more work for a company they feel trusts and respects their ability to do the job. Constantly monitoring the operational functions of the company will ensure that, when there is a problem, the problem will be seen and corrected faster than with a company that loosely manages its operations.

When William Ing (Known as Bill Ing to friends and family) met Optimize Prime

Times were dire. Profits were shrinking, volume was down, the market was in peril and the future of The Galaxy was at Stake (Bill owned a healthcare facility named The Galaxy…). Mr. Ing faced a difficult dilemma…what time must be spent to decrease cost Vs improve operations?

As there are only so many hours in the day week and month, what could be done about the need for both, when there was only enough time to dedicate to one. Sacrifice one and hope the other would fix itself? Try to place energy towards both and risk a poor outcome return on “the split” of invested time? If only there was a way to do both… right?

No mortal man could tackle it alone, but was there a source that could help change the profitability of operations? Is there an author, expert or specialist that could define a way to improve the bottom line?

Engage Optimize Prime. The source of reduction. The power of improvement. The destroyer of malignant errors.

(errrrrrrrrrrrRRRTTT…rewind)

In all reality the need for bottom line profitability is not science fiction. In fact more than ever, the need to maintain profitability as a publicly traded or private organization is at it’s highest point and may be the difference between staying in business or not.

Our business focuses on reducing your costs and improving your profitability, so you can focus on improving your operations efficiencies, effectiveness and enriched bottom line.

Don’t let the problems just exist when it comes to your telecom costs. Let our optimization services assist your prime goal…profitability.

This the first image a person sees when the search the term “Saving” online:

An iconic childhood item really goes a long way in a person's mind

This is the first definition the World Wide Web brings up when one looks up “Saving“

“Saving includes reducing expenditures, such as recurring costs… In terms of personal finance, saving specifies low-risk preservation of money, as in a deposit account, versus investment, wherein risk is higher.”

Limitless Common Sense intends to break down the definition above, offer our readers some advice on everyday saving, and show you why Limitless Technology CRS is a necessity in your businesses future.

“Saving includes reducing expenditure, such as recurring costs”: Recurring costs are very common for the business people of the world. That suit you need to dry clean and filling your gas tank are good examples. These are costs that do not seem like they can be changed in the short run; however they add up to so much in the long run that people find themselves overwhelmed.

Tip to save on your suits: Suits are an important part of every C-level executive’s life. Now, you may just send out your dry cleaning and not even think about it. We understand you have an important job with enough income to pay full price. However, a true C-level executive is one that maximizes profit and efficiency in every aspect of their lives. So here’s our tip to save money and a trip to the dry cleaners, check the color fastness of your laundry before you bring it to the dry cleaner. If the tag says “DRY CLEAN” and not “DRY CLEAN ONLY” you can test a piece of the unseen clothing and see if the color rubs off the garment. If no color rubs off, you can simply hand wash those clothes and save a bundle! These savings can dramatically impact your personal bottom line in the long run.

Now that you’re thinking about savings, you might be thinking the business you work for needs to improve its professional bottom line. Limitless technology CRS will dramatically reduce your bottom line without you having to give up, time, money, or staff through our professional telecom audits. Limitless Technology CRS (LTCRS) is a company you do not realize you need until you see the results of LTCRS you realize how badly you needed this service. Let Limitless Technology CRS help you. We save the average business 25% on their telecom spend. That is a huge savings for your company.

“In terms of personal finance, saving specifies low-risk preservation of money, as in a deposit account, versus investment, wherein risk is higher.”

Tip to Save: If pouring water on your best dry clean suit is too much of a risk for you, you can go for some safer ways to save. Filling up your tank more efficiently will help you save time, money, and the environment at no risk to you.

1.Fill the tank all the way up – Continually putting small amounts of gas in the tank wastes money because you have to travel back and forth between the gas station and home, which wastes gas.

2.Don’t top off your tank between fills- it is wasted money because it forces liquid fuel where evaporative emissions system which is only supposed to bring evaporative gas into a running engine.

3.Don’t let your tank run out- once a tank gets to 1/4 full; your tank becomes less efficient. Also, a car running on empty will often destroy the pump.

Every C-Level is incredibly aware of the Risk vs. Reward factor in business. Every day you encounter something that could make a dramatic impact on your business positively, but there is no guarantee it will not hurt you either. Limitless Technology CRS may be the first Win/Win solution you have encountered in a while. A way to save your business money with no risk is to hire Limitless Technology CRS. We ask for no upfront fees and get paid based on the work we do for you, also known a saving you money. As a company, you don’t want to spend money to save money. Limitless Technology CRS understands this and that is why we are a no risk opportunity for your business!

Answer from a tenured CFO to my question: Why wouldn’t you perform a shared savings based no risk telecom/technology audit?

If you are reading this you may be as curious and perplexed as to why any “cost minded and profit responsible” business owner, Managing Member or C-Level executive wouldn’t jump at the opportunity to have a contingency based no risk audit of any kind performed for them?

I of course, providing this type of service to businesses of medium and large size, thought the same…why wouldn’t you? Well here are a few reasons why there were objections:

• It’s not that we shouldn’t do it, I just feel that my people responsible for that portion of the business, should already be handling this capability or responsibility.

• I am leery of services that cost me “nothing up front” when I know there is a cost to provide the service.

• It just sounds “too good to be true?”, so since perception is reality…it must be.

• I just don’t like not knowing “what my exact cost for the service will be”.

• How much work will this be on my people, and how disruptive will it be with all we have on our plates?

Okay, while taken back a bit, I saw the realism in this CFO’s eyes and the quandary over:

• Employed expectation

• Lack of trust

• Misperception

• Concern of unknown expenditure

• Costs of employee involvement and resource

However, as my mind began to work on answering these questions, I also understood these are common barriers to any service. But should that stop us from exploring the possibilities? I of course say no, but with good reason when it comes to what we do for our Clients, and I answered his questions below in order:

• Employed expectation

We respect that every company and organization has the potential to audit their billings, re-negotiate their own telecom contracts and get some form of respectable savings.

o Though, with over 30 years experience, and for over 7 years as a corporation, we have been successfully negotiating for companies who could have chosen to do it themselves. We produce maximum results by applying superior carrier expertise and benchmarking that most companies could never expect to acquire on their own.

o Also, it is not about IT, Procurement, Finance or a Business Unit not doing the best job they can, or from lack of technical experience in any way. Instead, it lies within the expert resources within our organization; those being former carrier service negotiators and high level executive telecom professionals, which are experienced in working with some of the largest and most well-managed companies in the world. Our resources have spent and continue to spend, each and every day aggressively engaging the carriers and providers of telecommunications services to minimize your expenditures.

o Not every situation or company is the same because of: unique needs, multiple geographic locations, utilization of numerous carriers, abundant telecom products/services and complex contract terms.

• Lack of trust

Testimonials from Clients ensure we deliver on our Promises. Click here to see testimonials.

• Misperception

A shared savings billing optimization / telecom audit is not something for nothing…instead it is no risk service, a truly big difference when it comes down to “too good to be true”. In fact…we do have an upfront shared savings advance we collect from our Clients. We collect this advance because we have real costs with internal employees, associated with the level of expertise, work and due diligence placed into every billing optimization/ telecom audit we perform. However, we are so confident we will find significant savings we back it by a 110% Money Back Guarantee.

We offer a valuable solutions which further cuts costs and produces bottom-line savings in one of your largest expense areas. We also limit any disruption to your business work flows, and we can negotiate on your behalf at any time during our engagement. And… for peace of mind, we don’t look to change service providers unless it is in your absolutely best interest and you agree with our recommendation.

• Concern of unknown expenditure

Tell us…If you hired us to drill for oil on your property, and we agreed our fee would be based on the profits achieved from the well, would you want us to only dig 10 feet down? We deliver for your business immediate and significant savings, because “we dig deep”…averaging reductions of over 25% for most Clients.

o Bottom line we must PROVE the savings in order to be paid and – our Clients RECIEVE the refund, credit, or go forward savings before we invoice for our services.

• Costs of employee involvement and resource

WE FIND….FIX…FOLLOW-UP…and FINISH the tasks to make sure that it gets done, and is done right. – AN ENORMOUS TIMESAVER for our Clients. We literally become a virtual extension of your employee base at no cost to you.
